We stand behind the quality and performance of our automatic soap dispensers. This warranty provides you, the original purchaser, with specific legal rights. It also explains your responsibilities as a product owner. Please read this warranty carefully before using your Semplis automatic soap dispenser.

What is Covered by this Warranty?

This warranty covers your Semplis automatic soap dispenser for 6 months from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship of the dispenser unit, including the sensor, pump, reservoir, and housing.
  • Functional issues that prevent the dispenser from dispensing soap properly, such as sensor malfunction, irregular dispensing, or leaking.

What is Not Covered by this Warranty?

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear: This includes gradual deterioration of parts over time due to regular use, such as depleted batteries, worn-out sensors, or scratched surfaces.
  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse: This includes damage caused by dropping, slamming, submerging in water, using improper cleaning materials, or using incompatible soap types.
  • Improper installation or maintenance: This includes damage caused by incorrect installation, failure to follow the user manual instructions, or neglect in maintaining the dispenser.
  • Acts of God or other external events: This includes damage caused by lightning strikes, floods, fires, or other natural disasters.
  • Commercial use: This warranty is only valid for residential use. It does not cover dispensers used in commercial settings, such as offices, restaurants, or healthcare facilities.

What are Your Remedies under this Warranty?

If your Semplis automatic soap dispenser is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service, we will, at our sole option:

  • Repair the dispenser: We will repair the dispenser using new or refurbished parts at our own cost.
  • Replace the dispenser: We will replace the defective dispenser with a new or refurbished dispenser of the same model or equivalent functionality.

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide a copy of your original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
  3. Describe the problem you are experiencing with your goods.
